Paul Ching-Bor started learning about watercolor as a child in primary school in China. He continued his art studies in art schools and art centers before entering two different universities where he studied sculpture, art, and ceramic design (at the Ceramic Institute of Jinig De-Zhen in South East China). He emigrated to Australia and established himself in Sydney, where he launched his career as a professional artist working mostly in watercolor.
After having moved to the United States and embarking on a successful career showing his work in New York, he began teaching at the School of Visual Arts, where he is received as a first rate instructor of watercolor.
He continues to exhibit his paintings in the Pacific Rim, Australia, Europe as well as in the United States.
